How do I contact you?
We’re always happy to help. You can email us at info@unspokencouture.com or reach out through our Contact page anytime.
A product I’ve seen is no longer available. Will it be restocked?
Our pieces are curated in limited quantities to keep things special. Once an item sells out, it’s usually gone for good.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal, for your convenience.
How do I cancel an order?
If you need to cancel, please email us as soon as possible at info@unspokencouture.com. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to cancel it.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders ship Monday through Friday during regular business hours, excluding public holidays. We do our very best to get your order out quickly and on its way to you.
Why was I contacted to verify my order?
Your security matters to us. If our fraud protection system notices anything unusual, we may reach out to verify your information. If we don’t hear back within 72 hours, the order will automatically be canceled and, unfortunately, cannot be reinstated.
When will my order be shipped?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package every step of the way.
When will my card be charged for my order?
Your card will be charged for the full amount at the time your order is placed.
