How do I contact you?

A product I’ve seen is no longer available, will it be restocked?
We have limited quantities of items and once an item sells out, we generally do not restock.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal.

How do I cancel an order?
Write us as soon as possible at info@unspokencouture.com. However, once something has shipped, we can no longer cancel.

How long will it take to get my order?
We ship order on Mondays – Fridays, during office hours only, and we don’t operate on public holidays. We always aim to post your order as quickly as possible!

Why was I a contacted to verify my order?
For your own security and protection, if in the normal course of fraud control we find something suspicious regarding your order, We will call to verify your information. Unfortunately, the system does cancel the order within 72 hours if we do not receive a call back from the customer. We are unable to re-instate the order once canceled.

When will my order be shipped?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you another e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.

When will my card be charged for my order?
Due to the nature of our payments system, the full cost of the order will be charged to the card as soon as it is placed.
